A Japanese restaurant in Panama City, in collaboration with Bettis Tarazi. The lighting follows the materials — wood, stone and earth tones — at a warm temperature and low levels that hold a long dinner, with accents placed over table and bar, and a continuous transition out to the terrace so that inside and outside read as one room once night falls.
