Festival Transversal

From 24 to 28 January, Illuminations took part in TRANSVERSAL, the Panama Architecture and Design Festival organised by Ciudad del Saber.

The festival's central aim was to promote bamboo as a native building technique, encouraging innovation and a sense of identity within a functional, sustainable ecosystem that demonstrates good practice in designing and building with bamboo in Panama.

At this important event we lit the winning installation, designed by Homura Architects and managed by the local competition platform NewArch Competitions.
