For the lighting of the AXQ architecture offices we set out to create a setting that would reflect the invention and modernity of the practice. In the lobby we designed a distinctive bespoke ceiling housing recessed downlights, whose soft, even light welcomes visitors with a certain elegance. Through the rest of the workspaces we chose linear LED fittings for efficient, practical illumination. Alongside them we introduced vintage-style decorative lamps, setting up a contrast between the modern and the classic that gives each corner of the offices character and warmth. The scheme improves the light and also reflects the inventive outlook of AXQ.
