Galleries today exist to preserve, collect and share art, but also to give their visitors something distinctive and engaging. Answering both demands, we designed modern, practical lighting for the important Legacy Fine Art gallery in Panama. For the general layer we used recessed linear fittings, giving even and consistent illumination. We then turned to the works themselves, where focused light from LED track fittings achieves faithful colour rendering, drawing out the detail of each piece with directed points of light.
