A space with no real equivalent in Panama — somewhere to eat, certainly, but also somewhere to enjoy an excellent room. The principal challenge of this project, worked out with the architects Grippaldi-Gotti, better known as 2G, was lighting that could adapt to different scenes; that was made possible by an industrial design using track and dimmable track lights, so the settings of this fine room can be varied at will.
