The first design carried out for the chain The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in Panama, where the brief was to create somewhere welcoming, a place to meet. Projectors and high bays give general illumination in a warm tone with even light levels, while the table and sofa areas are accented, raising the levels subtly towards the products on display and the counter. The result is a welcoming scheme in which the light brings out the colourful details and the timber textures used throughout the project.
