BDO

A complete office project, in which lighting played a very important part in reinforcing the finishes and organic textures of the interior developed by the architects. Four spaces stand out. In the lift lobby, on arrival, we meet one of the great classics of lighting design — the Taraxacum designed by Achille Castiglioni in 1988 for Flos — a piece that brings warmth and sophistication to the moment of arrival. In the reception area, a set of Nafir fittings by Axo Light is arranged along the whole axis of the counter and surface-mounted to the ceiling, chosen in the metallic white and gold finish, holding a perfect balance with the other materials. For the boardroom, the Match by Vibia was integrated into the space — a sculptural, contemporary piece whose design is executed entirely bespoke for each client, its light falling across the surface of the table with warm accents. In the management office, the desk is lit by a suspended Nobody 200 profile by Delta Light, an element that combines general and task light in one. Alongside the rest of the decoration, the Ray F2 floor lamp in black was chosen, designed by Rodolfo Dordoni in 2006 for Flos; it gives a diffuse light and is built from welded, brushed and chromed steel tube. Across the remaining work areas we developed continuous profiles suspended from the ceiling with direct and indirect light integrated into the same section, using the Uniline by Delta Light.
